Julia Young

I am a defender on the Women’s National Field Hockey Team. I have been playing since I was 9 years old and have loved the game since then. My passion for the game brought me to UNC Chapel Hill where I won an ACC Championship. I want to help grow the game of field hockey in the United States and help younger generations learn and develop. I am driven by the motivation to help the team qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris and medal. I coach in my spare time and plan to go to nursing school once I am retired from the national team.
