DJ Taylor

DJ Taylor was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He started his career in the North Carolina FC academy system and played for the U18 men's national team. He earned a scholarship to play at UNC Chapel Hill and unlike most players, DJ opted to play overseas in Spain instead of going to college.

There, he played with CF Torre Levante's U19 team in Spain's Division de Honor division and then moved up to their first team in Tercera Division. He also played for CD Buñol in Tercera Division before moving back to Raleigh and signing with North Carolina FC. He is now currently on Minnesota United FC.

DJ has always believed in turning his dreams into a reality and believes others should do the same. He also believes that pushing himself in all aspects of his life has allowed him to be where he is now today. He is now pushing himself to reach his goal of going back overseas to play in a top division or to play in MLS.
