Amir Hinton put his name on the map during his junior season at Shaw where he averaged 29.4 points per game. After going undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft, he signed with the New York Knicks. Hinton was with the team from Summer League through the preseason and was waived before the start of the NBA regular season. The Shaw product joined the Westchester Knicks as an affiliate player.
